He holds a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Burdwan and an MBA in Marketing from the prestigious Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow. Since joining Minchem in December 2022, he has been instrumental in driving global market expansion, strategic client partnerships, and international business growth. Sourav oversees a diverse range of key portfolios, including Calcined Bauxite, Fused and Tabular Alumina, Silicon Carbide, Magnesites (DBM, Fused Magnesite, CCM), Flake Graphite, and Ferro Alloys. His deep technical understanding and strong commercial acumen ensure seamless cross-border executions and long-term client alliances.
